Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings. We encourage all guests to act responsibly and report any suspicious or dangerous activity to event staff.
5. Photography & Media
By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in print, digital, or social media without compensation.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees must respect others and the festival environment. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed without refund.
7. Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, drones, and any items deemed unsafe by event staff are strictly prohibited. Outside food and drink may also be restricted based on venue policies.
8. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. In such cases, details on refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
9. Vendor & Exhibitor Terms
Vendors must comply with all health, safety, and legal regulations. Booth assignments, fees, and operational guidelines will be communicated upon registration and must be followed strictly.
